Behaviour Analysis
You record or upload a short video of your dog. Tailo works through it and describes what it sees - posture, movement, ears, tail, and whether your dog settles - and gives you a plain read of how settled your dog looked. Each thing it spots is marked by how well research backs reading it from a video, and it tells you plainly what a short clip can't show.
Short videos of 10 to 30 seconds work best. Try to capture your dog's face and body clearly, with reasonable lighting. Videos from your phone camera are perfect. The analysis works with most common video formats including MP4 and WebM.
Tailo is built on canine behavioural science research. While no tool can replace a professional behaviourist, our analysis can detect common stress indicators that most owners miss - signals like whale eye, stress yawning, and lip licking that happen too fast to catch in the moment. Yes. Tailo keeps your dog's health in one place: weight logging with trend charts, medication management with reminders, a food diary, health notes, a treat catalogue, and meal scheduling with completion tracking. All of it organised per dog and accessible from your dashboard.
From your dashboard, tap "Log Episode" to record what happened. You can select triggers (like fireworks, separation, or strangers), behaviours your dog displayed (trembling, barking, hiding), rate the severity, add notes, and even attach a photo. Over time, Tailo analyses your episode history to identify patterns and suggest insights.
If your dog looks unsettled, stay calm and give them space. Take them out of the situation if you can, and offer comfort if they seek it. If anything is new, sudden, or keeps happening, see your vet first - a behaviour change is a veterinary matter before anything else, and they can rule out pain or illness.
